Crafty Gals Monthly Challenge - June 2013

I am very late in posting my Crafty Gals challenge for June.  This month we are CASEing Lela's blog.  I chose the card located here to CASE.  I changed the focal image to a square shape instead of round.  Please forgive my lateness.
